Wheelchair, even Second Hand Needed

One Guidance Counselor interested to attend the IPCAP Convention texted me about her 72-year old mother who is currently in the hospital after an accident that will make her unable to walk. In two weeks time, she will be released from the hospital and will need a wheelchair. Since she mentioned her inability to get one at the moment, I referred her first to her fellow Zamboanguenos but it looks like there's a difficulty in there. Hence, after a week of searching, the desperation has led to this thought of blogging it here in case one of the readers may know how to help this Guidance Counselor in her need for a wheelchair for her mother. She is ready to use a second-hand one, that is, that which is no longer being used. Hence, if anyone among the readers knows of a kind-hearted person who's willing to give away or donate a wheelchair, please text Ms. Carolyn Araneta who has mobile number 0920-7269561. Right now, her youngest sister Cecil is in Zamboanga watching over her mother. She may also be contacted at her mobile number 0929-5888845.

Ms. Carolyn mentioned that she may need to contact the military so that the transfer of the wheelchair from wherever (maybe Manila) will be free of charge. Or if anyone in Zamboanga has this facility there, may I ask for your kind heart to share with Ms. Carolyn and Cecil's mother the wheelchair she will need so as to be free from this transport cost. If this is one way to make her Christmas a little happier, please extend your assistance.

May the Lord bless your generosity. Take care
