Just this afternoon, upon checking the Department of Education website, the Advisory for our IPCAP Convention was uploaded. It is entitled FIRST NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE STAKEHOLDERS OF THE GUIDANCE & COUNSELING PROFESSION. For those who need it for their travel permits and other needs, you may download it there, or email berngu721@gmail.com so I can send it to you.
